No current liability is calculated
The 0.48% Proportional Property Tax is not currently an enacted nationwide tax. Results depend entirely on values entered by the visitor and simplified assumptions published in the methodology. Future policy or legislation may differ materially.
Home-value estimate
The optional sold-price estimate is an automated guide based on registered transactions and a broad house-price index. It is not a survey, mortgage valuation, estate-agent appraisal, RICS valuation or tax assessment. It cannot account for features including floor area, condition, improvements, plot size, views or lease terms. Do not rely on it for a sale, purchase, mortgage or other financial decision.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to state sources and limitations, but do not warrant that every page, external headline or automated feed is complete, uninterrupted or current at every moment. Verify decisions against official guidance and obtain qualified advice.

The 048.TAX name, site design, original explanatory text and presentation are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party headlines, names and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, 048.TAX is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an illustrative result as though it were an official assessment or professional recommendation.
